2 large pieces of parchment paper
2 6 oz pieces of salmon
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
6 garlic cloves, minced
6 sprigs of thyme
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
4 lemon slices
Pre-heat oven to 425.
Prep all ingredients then separate in half.
Separate the 2 pieces of parchment paper. Lay the Ingredients in the parchment paper and divide the ingredients evenly.
When finished, fold one side of the parchment paper over to meet the other and seal tightly.
Place both parchment pouches on baking sheet and place in oven for 20 minutes.
Pull out of oven and serve hot.
